SABRAO Journal of Breeding and Genetics Volume 55 Number 6 December 2023

This issue of SABRAO highlights recent developments and findings in the breeding of staple crops such as wheat, rice and corn to improve tolerance for environmental factors and resistance to yellow rust among other diseases. It also highlights some genetic studies of some fruits, some flowering plants, and ornamentals. There are also some studies on the management side such as soil cultivation methods, fertilizer application, seed priming among other practices. These topics and dozens more aim to update its readers in the world of plant breeding and genetics in Asia and Oceania.
